Please review your order carefully before submitting, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address or phone number provided at checkout.

Commercial Restriction: You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use only. Commercial resale, unauthorized retail distribution or unauthorized export of HINARU products is strictly prohibited without our express written contractual consent.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include localized sales taxes, VAT, shipping, handling or import customs/duties that may be assessed by your local customs authorities.

You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete (ii) you are authorized to use such payment method and (iii) you will pay all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping, handling and applicable global taxes.

We endeavor to hit processing targets, but we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather or events outside our control.

International Orders: For cross-border deliveries, you are recognized as the importer of record. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products comply with local import laws and for paying all customs duties, import tariffs and clearance fees. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes entirely to you.

HINARU is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to deliver the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with HINARU. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and HINARU, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your transactions with HINARU.

14.2 No automated Agent may access, interact with or crawl the website unless it continuously identifies itself and operates in strict compliance with our robot exclusion configurations.
